A graduate of Eastman School of Music with a Masters of Music in May '88 and a B.S. degree in Music Education from WCU in August '81, Mr. Buglio has taught as a public music teacher in the Great Valley, Avon Grove, Stroudsburg, and Bristol Township School Districts. With 25 years of teaching experience, Joseph is currently Choral Director for Henderson High School in the West Chester Area School District. He studied with Rebecca Penneys at Eastman and Dr. Robert Pennington at WCU. He also studied privately with Jimmy Amadie and is a classical and jazz performer/teacher.
