Sarah Schneider has taught voice lessons to adults and children in Pennsylvania and Maine since 2000. With a Bachelor's of Music Education degree with a concentration in singing, choral conducting and performance experience, Sarah is familiar with a wide range of repertoire and ways of expressing that repertoire. Sarah demonstrates how to deliver a song with fine stage presence, thereby instilling an understanding of the character of a song.

Sarah's approach to teaching is one that encourages vocal health, a sound awareness and execution of vocal technique, and confidence. She teaches a variety of genres of music, such as classical, folk, musical theater and contemporary popular songs. Young students are encouraged to become familiar with some basic music reading skills and theory. Sarah works with each new student to mutually create an idividualized plan for their musical development.
